Following our previous announcement regarding the relaunch of the International Public Tender No. 40005463,
for the sale of surplus Bell 206 helicopters, we would like to notify all bidders of the following updates to the tender process:
Submission Deadline Extension:
The final deadline for the submission of all proposals and physical guarantees has been extended.
The new closing date is July 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Israel Time). Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.
Availability of Inspection Reports:
Bidders are hereby informed that the Potential Hours Report for Helicopters and Major Components (Logbook & Component Times),
is now available for review. This essential technical data can be obtained upon direct request by contacting our office.
All other terms, eligibility criteria, and conditions of the original tender documents remain unchanged and in full effect.

We are pleased to announce the relaunch of the International Public Tender No. 40005463 for the sale of surplus Bell 206 helicopters,
following a temporary suspension, the procurement process is now resumed.
The Tender Documents are confidential and will be disclosed only to bidders meeting the pre-requisites.
Tender Overview & Key Rules:
Eligibility: Limited to foreign companies registered with SIBAT, exporters registered with DECA, or valid IMOD suppliers.
(Israeli bidders not exporting the goods may participate subject to a mandatory Non-Export Declaration).
- Submission Protocol: All bids and physical guarantees must be deposited directly into the designated bid box.
- Logbook Inspections: Scheduling helicopter and engine logbook inspections is the bidders' sole responsibility.
- Deadline: All proposals must be submitted by July 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Israel Time).
Parallel tenders for Bell 206 spare parts, rotor blades, and engines will be launched concurrently.
