Dear Sir/Madam,

Following our previous announcement regarding the relaunch of the International Public Tender No. 40005463,

for the sale of surplus Bell 206 helicopters, we would like to notify all bidders of the following updates to the tender process:

Amendments to Insurance Requirements:

Reduction of Insurance Sum - Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the Tender Documents,

the required minimum insurance coverage amount is hereby reduced from five million United States Dollars (USD 5,000,000),

to two million United States Dollars (USD 2,000,000).

Revised Period of Insurance:

The period of insurance coverage shall commence immediately upon the date of the formal demand for the evacuation/removal of the helicopters,

and shall remain continuously in effect until the helicopters have safely arrived at the premises, and passed into the exclusive possession and ownership, of the winning bidder.

Revised Closing Date and Time:

The final deadline for the submission of proposals/bids in response to this Tender has been extended.

Bids must be submitted no later than Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time).

Any proposals received after the aforementioned revised date and time will not be considered and will be disqualified automatically.

This Addendum shall constitute an integral part of the Tender Documents. In the event of any conflict,

discrepancy, or inconsistency between the provisions of this Addendum and the original Tender Documents,

the provisions of this Addendum shall prevail.

All other terms, eligibility criteria, and conditions of the original tender documents remain unchanged and in full effect.
